Now the exiteers have won do you think that an exit will actually happen and if so what is the one thing you are most hoping for out of this and the one thing you most fear ?

My one hope is for a points based immigration system but my worst fear is a recession triggered by the collapse of the pound and rising inflation as a result

Of course it will happen, the majority of the people of the UK have asked that it happens whether that pleases some and displeases other is neither here nor there that is how democracy works.

I wouldn't say it is something that I fear as such. But I think that by waiting months before triggering article 50 that we will have lost a lot of momentum which may manifest into some kind of ill feeling by people who will start to feel cheated. People will be expecting things like our borders to be "closed" this year not in 3 years or even longer. This could well mean that some of the exit politicians who are the darlings of the moment ending up getting hammered for not delivering what the people think they voted for.

The process of leaving must be put into action immediately or we will have been conned once again,it has not all been about immigration, but heads of an organisation dictating to the public and not doing as the public wants ALSO PLAYED A BIG PART IN THE OUTCOME.
Our MP.s have been told in a democratically held referendum to get us out of this corrupt organisation and it must be carried out asap or they are just proving that they are no better than the unelected dictators leading the EU.

The establishment has been delivered a huge uppercut punch to the chin by the citizens of the British Isles.

It is 2 years after implementing article 50. The outers don't seem in much of a hurry to do this, suggesting that it wont happen until after the German elections next year. I don't recall any of the out people telling us this before the vote. They only mentioned it when it looked like they were going to win.

The EU want us out asap - contagion across Europe.

Seeing the attitude of the EU towards us today, I fear it could be a messy divorce

The EU cant make us leave any faster than we wish to leave, So far all we have done is hold a Referendum that decided the people of Britain want out....as yet no one has actually started that process of leaving, indeed the government if it so wanted could ignore the referendum result and keep us in....

So, Lets not let Junckers and his other **nkers try and bully us one last time by getting us to leave any faster than we choose to leave, I'd rather prolong the EU's agony in the hope that it just might create a bit of contagion amongst the other EU uncertains, just typical of the EU, even as we leave they still try and tell us how to do it and when...so Junkers, UP YOURS

Absolutely spot on - Europe is chomping at the bit. Many will not be thinking a lot different than us - France (Le Penn) and the Dutch + one or two others who were passively on the wish list, will now know that it is doable - we hopefully will have inspired others to do the same =D> =D> =D>....bring it down - it is evil.

and the biggest negative of all which I forgot would happen is my pension fund has been all but wiped out it's now worth less than the sum total i paid into it over the last 25 years !!!!! £10000 wiped off over night

Assuming all pensions have been similarly affected we are all going to have to work till 70 at least to afford to retire

well done brexiteers you've F*ck@d everyones pensions up and the country has just been down graded by the Standard and poor which means the IMF will be coming in soon to demand SEVERE austerity measures to get the National debt down
