all of above is Home Office business nothing to do with the EU

Of course it has something to do with the E.U. You'd think they was just a trading partner and somebody to have cake with. The E.U has it's benefits (although I'm not sure what they are apart from trading with them) but it's downside far outweighs any of them. I can't wait to see what page you suggest I read to show me that we have total control of our laws

heard that any trade deal with the EU after we leave could bind us to taking EU migrants....

lets think...

tell you what EU, keep your migrants and your BMW's, Fiats, Lancias, Porsches, Lambo's, Citroens, Peugeot's, Dacia's, Volvo's, Scania's, Seat's, Skoda's, VW's, Audis, and any ive overlooked, im sure the migrants wont be worth it

I think you have this wrong. The migrants wont be driving the cars over. If we want to sell our goods to EU countries, they will pay us in migrants. They will be the new currency.

Except, as citizens of a EU member state a (say) Latvian, has the right to the same benefits as a UK citizen, take away the EU issue and the benefits arent a legal right to a migrant...........no EU. no benefits

There is no choice the ONLY sweetner the EU will accept is for Britain to take all the Migrants in exchange for our being released this was obvious before the vote staying in the EU was the only way to stem migration now it will be worse

How can someone walk straight into the UK without a job from Romania or Bulgaria but an Indian Heart surgeon gets turned down?

that's what i'm trying to tell you... nothing to do with the EU... it's not the EU giving out benefits it's own system fault...
"Department for Work and Pensions statistics show that out of the 5 million people who claim welfare benefits in the UK, 114,000 (2.2 percent of the total) were EU nationals."

Is there a number for non EU migrants and asylum seekers claiming benefits?

probably somewhere but the thing is that most migrant benefit claimants are claiming working tax credits because they are driving ph/uber cars or ice cream vans or other over crowded self employed work where there are no bars to entry

Exactly.

If all immigrants to this country were Indians this country would be a far better place.
