You're right, he's got no chance. But he's still got more chance than the public schoolboy Corbyn.

Some silly stuff from TT as per usual!

A post that I posted on our local rag with no racial undertow, but nevertheless making a point as I am always a person who promotes the best man for the job attitude - regardless of race.

Quote:
Anyone who throws democracy into the bin (whichever way they want to dress it up) - does not get my vote. No matter which way the people voted in the Referendum....they all knew the rules. Oh and by the way, his claim of lies being told does not stack up, as lies were told by both sides, plus (every) and I mean (every) election, has its lies and liars.

Do I trust him as a person?.................

Interesting this fella wants another EU referendum, as people are entitled to vote on any deal, so he says.

However he was very quiet on Corbyn going on the ballot sheet, until it was decided by the NEC.

Clearly another pick and mix democrat.

I can't get my head around the 2nd referendum bit. We have had a referendum and decided to leave. We have some people put in place charged with getting the best possible deal from the |EU for us to leave and then people want a referendum on the deal to leave. What happens if that referendum says that the deal isn't good enough? Do we then reject the deal and stay in or leave without a deal?

I think the problem is that people do not realise that referendii are only for very big decisions people seem to think that we can have a referendum on almost everything forgetting that that is what we elect people to parliament for in the first place

This is quite true. They also seem to forget that a referendum is not a legally binding decision.

I shouldn't worry about him TT. He has no chance against Corbyn with the members vote.

Smith if he wins thinks he then owns the Labour Party, making statements like "I will make Jeremy president of the Labour Party."

This man is like all the other objectors to Jeremy as leader, not in the real world, members own the Labour Party not MP.s and when this ballot is over they will have to toe the line and get behind the leader.

Indeed they will de selection procedures are already being initiated against the Eagle slut and Chuka Umana and no doubt many more will be shown the door at next general election a completely pro Corbyn draft of MP candidates will be in place, ridding the party of the depicable lickspittle middle class trash thats been polluting the Party for many years =D> =D> =D> =D> =D

and of course that Kinnock TURD =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D>

be careful what you wish for TT a breakaway "new labour" party would appeal to many and would almost certainly guarantee defeat for labour at the next general election and if the party starts imposing left wing only candidates onto constituencies that will happen
