Company A has to phone company B, company B has to take the booking and then pass on to one of there drivers licensed in there area, if company A gives company B the job then it is an offence, and then as cc says we have apps, which are probably illegal under current law. Or where the booking is taken is where the licence needs to be ect

I suppose that's legal, but I doubt how a firm can adhere to the law if they use the same number for two different licensing area's cars.

but someone in licensing would have take an interest, know the law and understand technology...
