That shouldn't be a problem for you. You keep records of all jobs so at the very least you will have the name, address and phone number wont you?

To be honest that driver was extremely gullible should be taking the outbound fare and the return fare up front.

Drivers (in general) in front of me not doing the national speed limit, who are talking to their passenger and turning their head to look at them whilst doing so - just not concentrating

Drivers who 'gooseneck' (swerve to the right before making a left turn) especially as you're about to overtake them. :x

Not really a gripe, just an example of what I seem to pick up.

Irish girl who is a regular punter gets in the car. She tells me about her new phone and how cheap it was at Asda, as if I give a flying f***.

Anyway she has a new password she wants me to guess. She says it's four letters and you see them all over the world.

I say cars, no, bird, no, road, no etc etc, after a while I get board and say I give up.

She says CLOUD........................ ](*,) ](*,) ](*,) ](*,) ](*,) ](*,) ](*,) ](*,) ](*,) ](*,) ](*,) ](*,) ](*,)

The juxta positioning of the two comments by the same punters

1. "WoW, what a nice car" / 2. "But I think your fares are high"

Well my duck, if you want low fares and dont mind a battered rusting Mk1 astra please ring someone else next time
