dont buy unless you get at least the new keeper section of the V5


V62 sent off 2 weeks ago

Meter fitted

insurance started 03/09/2016 (half the £3100 paid)

Test passed today...

Can have a 1 month plate with new keeper slip then pay £15 when full V5 lands
