Disability Awareness Training

CSE training

BTEC's

NVQ's

English language tests

Knowledge Tests

DBS checks

Medicals

Driving tests (they will be replaced by private testing companies)

And dear chap which of these do you object too..........................and WHY?
I take it that as a Union man you would not advocate your members taking on additional forced training/responsibility without being remunerated!
I WOULD ADVOCATE THAT THE UNION MEMBERS DISCUSS THE PROPOSALS AND IDENTIFY THE ITEMS THEY CONSIDER TO WARRANT A PAYMENT ...SIMPLE REALLY SHEEP SHAGGER AINT IT    PERHAPS YOU CAN IDENTIFY SUCH ISSUES FROM THE ABOVE LIST .....................MAYBE NOT

I can remember the day when a 1st Aider warranted an extra 50p per week! If you as an out and out trade union man, cannot see that there are exams and qualifications in the above that drivers have been forced to take - then you need to walk away from Trade Unionism. In years gone by, any extra exam or qualifications gained warranted a pay increase..........have you also passed to the other side along with McCluskey?

Apart from the obvious i.e 1. Medical 2.DBS 3. Knowledge test, then why should I as a born resident be subjected to the rest. Out of (10) and still growing items on the list there are in reality only(3) that should be standard for a UK citizen. Oh and before you jump on the bandwagon re a driving test - why should I have to sit it all over again when they already have a record of me passing it. My schooling reports will tell them that I can speak English.....the rest is absolute b*ll*cks.

If the Unions were anything like they used to be before they sold out - we would not have to put up with this crap.

The Unions are the members and if they voted to go along with it so be it !Did you atend and put your point of view ? if not your guilty of allowing these regs to be imposed
burke :D

to me all Drivers should be required to prove their not illiterate and can communicate in ENGLISH

And i would gladly take awareness courses if it assists the apprehension of pervs abusing children [and even sheep  ]

there is of course a case for "Grandfather rights" an old long established Trade Union principle on some items listed.

As usual your being dogmatic over issues you decline to discuss through an organised workforce which of course ensures YOU will normally FAIL

TT you are giving out political/Union spiel - Try answering the question!

I need a bloody good reason to buy a product, as they say it needs to do what it says on the tin, a plunging membership tells me that the product does not. Unfortunately when you have d i k heads like McCluskey saying that he is voting to stay in the EU but his vote is not for other parts of the of the vote - then you have NO chance. He (the leader/boss of the Unions) is very much part of the political scene/establishment who have been infiltrated - they are corrupt, as such it no longer does what it says on the tin, and you recommend joining that type of organisation!

If you don't mind...........ANSWER THE QUESTIONS!
