He's got to loose it and him and his wife have got to answer some questions. On the last week of trading Green and his wife took over £100million out of BHS didn't they?

On the Panorama programme about BHS and their demise they said Green and his missus were rinsing the company of money right up until the final day, they still owed all the buildings and were charging an extortionate rent knowing that BHS couldn't afford it.
