County organises £2M worth of school runs a year, the guy at county who oversees my school/run has 150 runs under his wing

what id like to know is...........do county add on a charge for admin to my invoice to the school?

most schools are now acadamies and in charge of thier own budgets

Who is the contract with,school or Council,

Councils are mandated to supply transport to educational establishments for pupils under certain circumstances and charges for this comes out of the Council education budget not an individual school.

In answer to your question No there would not be an administration fee added.
