1st... are they related?Mercury no longer sell Mercury, they re sell Icabbi to all uk companies less than 100 cars and take a cut, anyone above 100 must deal with icabbi directly

All the new app systems allow for both auto and staff bookings.

Can book via web, app, IVR or phone, some via text booking, taxi butler, hotel bookers...

Loads of ways to book and can send jobs out automatically

Pretty sure they dont, theyve just worked out Mercury 2 was a disaster and have cut a deal to control the sub 100 car market by reselling Icabbi

Icabbi recognises a regular customer and can take an auto booking....destination "as directed"

Its working well

for me

Icabbi (base has 30 cars) and half the punters are known to the system already and dont speak to an base op and jobs are allocated by the sytem

did laugh when a job came through, town to a local village £10 but theres a town in lancashire with the same name and pda said £116.........thing is some of our drivers, if it had been to pickup from the said town would have set off to the place 2 hours away

On auto cab you scroll along the top having press noise button once.
