A car pulls alongside me on the rank chap says "can you follow me home, i need a taxi when i drop my car off"

I follow him pick him up, drop him off

Our rules state the meter shall be started "when the passenger gets in the vehicle"///


I put it on when i pulled away from the rank..

Just saying the RULES say "when the passenger enters the vehicle"


Then again, if we deliver flowers or food the meter goes on...
