He got his five licenses just as was reported by TDO. However if Trafford decide to have a survey and the survey finds there is only demand for 103 licenses Trafford think they can take the five licenses back from the applicant. lol it is also quite obvious from certain comments in this thread that some people on here actually believe they can do that.

You just keep on believing everything that Trafford council tells you Mr TraffordVoice, you are doing an exemplary job in showing your ignorance of the law while at the same providing us with some light entertainment. It is not me you should be relying on for an answer to your question of "Y can't they do that" perhaps you should ask your local trade rep for that advice.

One thing I meant to ask you, which I was quite curious about, how many Asian owners are there in Trafford and how many Asian Drivers?

Have not got a clue about asian drivers but what is so special about them anyway? It is not showing ignorance of the law because as you well know plates have to be renewed yearly anyway! So y cant they do that if they do it anyway??????????????????????

How many Asian drivers have you seen ranking up in Trafford. You should know that, you being a Trafford license Taxi driver?
