Hi a quick Question does any Office Do This

My Mate AK The Fat Badger is being Subjected to More Frequent office Inspections By Licensing than the norm and they keep Changing the Rules About Recording Pre Bookings, For Instance they don't Like the Job booked in The Name of Jones or by the first name say Paula
They say it should be booked as Paula Jones, Ive never heard this before So how about the Operator just assigns a four digit number to a job

Answers Please

So we now uninvent auto bookings, or we ban restaurants from ordering cabs for table 5, or hotels from ordering cabs for room 22?

Or door numbers from every street in the borough?

Private Hire Operators must abide by whatever condition is attached to their operator license or is a standard condition in the licensing policy.(what to record and how to record it for every booking) Section 56 Misc.Prov. Act 1976

Don't know any round here !!

seriously though is this not an invasion of privacy surely a customer should not have to disclose their full name if they don't wish to ?

I think it is.

What's it got to do with a council the full name of the punter?

And will the council also be making it a requirement that every taxi rank pick up needs the name of one of the punters?

Makes no sense other to those that have no sense.
