On the 1st September I was sitting in my PHV talking on the phone, parked in a recreation Ground Car Park. I was approached by 2 Hillingdon Parking attendants who informed me I was being issued with a fixed penalty for non-compliance with a public space protection order!
I could park my car there and stand outside the vehicle (This is not anti social) But sitting in the car talking on my phone is anti social. There are 3 xA4 documents in plastic sleeves Taped onto fence and Gate & 1 sign on an adjacent building that is not in line of sight when entering the Car Park. This sign looks like graffiti.
I was issued with a £50 fine. I have refused to pay and now been sent a final warning and £80 offer.
I would love to post copies of paper work and photos here but not sure how to put pics up.
comments please :doubt:

Email anything you want put to info@taxi-driver.co.uk

I’m guessing the only avenue of appeal is a court.

I would also look at the pepipoo parking forum for advice as they are bound to have come up against this before.

The first thing I would have done was lodge an appeal, secondly I would have asked by FOI. for a copy of all documentation and communications between any person or Authority and a copy of all consultation documents redacted to protect individuals and copy of press adverts relating to this P.S.P.O.

I think this is the important one.

So I'm guessing you are being taken to book re 3.A v.

What did you tell them you were doing there?
