Loads of preparation, including answers to what you know the council or the court will ask, and equally as important what they might ask.

Stick to the facts, and don't let the council confuse the court.

Hearing was adjourned with neither side speaking.

The LA's move to have it thrown out and Judicial Review was rejected.

It will be heard by a District Judge in the Magistrates Court. The DJ will be asked to accept it onto the list on 23 October (which neither side will attend) and issue a Hearing Date (Probably 1 full day) and directions to both sides.

So, continue to watch this space.
