Police would like to speak to this man as he could help with their investigation. Picture: Herts PoliceOn Friday, July 13 a man was picked up in Lemsford, and after being dropped off in the High Street in Welwyn at around 11.40pm he left the taxi without paying a fare of £25.
Officers would like to speak to the man pictured, as it is believed he was in the area at the time and could have vital information that will help the investigation.
Anyone who recognises the man, or has any other information, is asked to contact Hertfordshire Constabulary on the non-emergency number 101, quoting crime reference 41/17360/18.
