As anyone had dealings with licensing at South Ribble Council what are they like?

I have a small job to do and just wounded what the licensing officers were like at South Ribble so if any of you good people out there can help I would be so pleased to hear from you.

and I am sorry I put this on the NEWS page as well as on here I did not mean to do so but it ended up there.
