Perhaps, but if that's the case then there's any number of things that could have been pointed out in the document, so it seems strange to single out that one.

No you feel for the likes of Mr Cummings, no-one else.

I happen to feel for all those drivers that have been screwed by a p*** pot system, which thankfully no-longer applies in Cardiff.

And in time will no-longer apply in your manor. :wink:
