Ask them who's the registered Data Holder of the images stored on the device? It will be the Police Inspector and he must be present while they're using it. Give them the coffee bean shake, they look like a group of lefties anyway.

any "notice" will have a time on it... mine is down to the second, if im in the wrong I admit it but if im not i fight like a 8itch

i meant the letter, i had one about 4 years ago, i appreciate it has no legal bite but they do state it may be refferred to the police

I think I am, 3 years ago I pulled up and asked these people the exact same thing. They phoned the police who came out and found out it was the Chief Inspector who was the data holder and that he had to be present to make sure they were using the device correctly and that no breaches in data were taking place like the taking of car number plates for personal misuse to post on Social Media.
