Does anyone know if you have a dispute with what an insurance company is paying out for an HCV, who can you compline to if anyone? on a none foult accident.

do you mean what repairs are being paid out in repairs or in replacement hire car costs?

surely if its non fault the 3rd party has to stand it, i also believe the ABI have a set rate listing any vehicle supplied.
