I wonder how many drivers will get the new minimum wage come April?
The minimum wage in April 2014 when the last fare increase happened in our borough was £6.31 per hour and come April 2020 it will be £8.72 That is an increase of over 38% I can see the front page of the local paper when the fares go up 38%...……………..not! With no proposed increase on the table at the moment there is a zero chance of any change before April. Still at least we can increase our prices.

I suspect many drivers in many areas, particularly those on a rental deal, don't earn the minimum wage now, and wont earn it next April either. :sad: :sad: :sad:
