Can't defend the driver, obviously, but looking at the video, does this seem realistic?

Passenger seems fine , trying it on for a claim, but driver is in trouble.

Probably got paid for the video by newspaper and will be looking to make a claim against drivers insurance no doubt! Must have thought it was his birthday :sad:
