Let their Volunteers risk catching covid for nowt while you sit back and get your Seiss Grants.....who's the fool then.
What Seiss grants???
Did you not qualify for them or did you not apply for them?
Seiss is for self employed. we are all employees and on furlough.
Are you not classed as self employed?
No, We are all EMPLOYEES of the company and are on flexible furlough. all the drivers and office staff are receiving at least 80% of their average earnings.
I know that it is strange to most people but we pay everyone above the minimum wage, except the directors who actually get below the minimum wage because we are not hourly paid but on a salary. Everyone gets 28 days holiday pay, company pension and all the other benefits that come with being employees. When we set up the business we stated to the Council that we wanted to offer people a proper wage and that we were not in it to make ourselves rich. The directors have never had a dividend and any profits are re-invested in the business.
