are there any other councils refusing to put their taxi /ph drivers through disclosure?dundee council are refusing to use disclosure scotland for some unexplained reason ,the issue is currently been discussed by the wheelchair assiciation and will be reorted to the scottish executive

The CRB is for England and Wales, the Scottish equivalent is Disclosure Scotland. As far as I know they do much the same thing.

I don't think Fife use it, or at least I've always just filled in the normal form, and the police report any ,as before Disclosure Scotland started.

I think they use it for drivers doing school runs and any similar work. What happens in other councils I don't know, but I don't think Dundee and Fife are the only ones not using it.
