The world is going to end because the world has too much CO2.

The world is going to end because the world doesn't have enough CO2.

In the good old days co2 was loaded into lorries and railway tank wagons at distilleries and breweries and taken to distillers in london for use in soft drinks but instead they decided it was cheaper to manufacture it from methane gas and the breweries and distilleries just pumped it out into the atmosphere

well it ain't cheaper any more !!!

That’s the BBC for you. It’s been their leading news story since yesterday morning. I haven’t worked the cab for a couple of days and nipped out earlier to fill up, I only had half a tank and it’s Chester races tomorrow. My last Vito had a 75 litre tank, the new one has a 57 litre one (to make room for the adblue tank next to it) so only had around 25-30 litres left. Went to 4 different garages before I could find any diesel, and I still had to queue for 30 mins. :?

We have a local fuel dealer/distributor who has - unknown to most - retail pumps on his bunker site

06.30 yesterday the local independent got a tanker in they used 3 staff on the courtyard marshalling the cars no queues on the main road but they were incredibly efficient at throughputting the cars and by 5pm had sold out (I did manage to top up there) today Bloody oaks on the A1 had fuel one of my drivers got some in the morning but another went late pm and gave up because the queues were so long and someone else is using that car to do a pick up from BHX tonight so I'm praying one of the others gets a tanker in preferably the 24hr shell who ran out on Friday as they have had no delivery for nearly 10 days now

The one who had a tanker in on sunday is rumoured to be getting another tomorrow but I'm told there are still 30 to 40 percent of cars out there running with empty tanks so I suspect we have a week of this before the panic buying dies down
