After losing 2 in 5 weeks we had a hell of a void in our house so we drove to Swansea and brought him home..

18 months old, reactive from some abuse but there's a great collie in there somewhere

I think rehoming any animal that has had an iffy past is one of the best things any of us can do.

You are a star. =D> =D> =D> =D>

I've a couple of Semi-Adult children here needing re-homing, me and the wife have no further need for them, they'd go well with a Collie....you want them?

Obviously got his feet under the table pretty quickly :D

Or paws up on the duvet

Good luck with the new pup, though.

We have had to make the decision he isnt for us, hes lovely but needs proper help, so saturday we are taking him to a well respected collie rehabilitation centre in Wales, only 50 miles from where we fetched him from, the owner could have done this

we are well gutted, still...best for him

would there be anyone out there better able to reach him than you ? you have a great deal of experience but maybe he is a long term project ?

410 mile round trip later, hes back in Wales and in his kennel with 3 other boys dogs looking well, i think i might try a charity fund raising for the place, we paid a donation and will sponsor him for a year but these places run on empty most of the time

A lot of these places are run by good people doing good things.

Do a go fund me thing you might get a few quid, and even if it is only a few, it's better than nothing.

The lady in charge uses pack training

today he played for 2 1/2 hrs in a field with 25 other collies, we could never have given him that, he needs to become a collie again, then get training

he has been a lockdown toy and its done him no good at all
