Once again dopey punters.

Moaning about the council tax, Mrs Dopey says I have to pay £70 a month, and my brother also has to pay £70 a month.

For the both of us that's nearly £100. #-o

Silly people who don't realise that cannabis can stay in your blood for weeks, and then get upset when the police charge them with drug driving days after they have used the stuff. #-o

And then get even more upset when a court bans them from driving. #-o
