But recall that Adam Smith Institute report a few months ago which said it was a major issue in the trade?

Don't think so, somehow. Yet the ASI completely failed to mention the employment status issue and the Uber Supreme Court judgement, blah, blah

I still don't see how IR35 has any relevance at all to our trade It's not as if every driver puts his takings through a limited company

we are all either genuinely self employed or pseudo self employed not employees of our own limited company tax saving vehicle
