What will the abolition of IR35 mean for the trade?

"Not much", I'd guess the answer is.

But recall that Adam Smith Institute report a few months ago which said it was a major issue in the trade? :-o

Don't think so, somehow. Yet the ASI completely failed to mention the employment status issue and the Uber Supreme Court judgement, blah, blah :-s

I still don't see how IR35 has any relevance at all to our trade It's not as if every driver puts his takings through a limited company

we are all either genuinely self employed or pseudo self employed not employees of our own limited company tax saving vehicle

There are drivers here who are employees of their own limited company.
