I would think though that the chap arrested would almost certainly have switched to waiting tables or working in a takeaway they usually do.
The hearing was in private and no information has been made public. This is the standard procedure here for any sub committee hearing. A few weeks ago a driver had his license revoked but the decision has never been made public. The problem is that because no one know officially the a driver has had their license revoked the public and other licensed drivers can't report if they are still working. The Council never seem to be out and about doing any enforcement.
