Funy thing, although the law comes in here in a few weeks, I've never heard anyone in the trade speaking aobut how it will affect the trade. The only stuff I've seen is on here.

But I'm a nons-moker, so it doesn't bother me.

Fae, i wasnt really going on about the smoking debate as such, more about the rights of a self employed person on his own, in his own workplace enviroment.
We (taxi/ph) are dictated to by lemmings in council's far to much as it is.
How long before some LO buys shares in Proton Cars and insists we drive one?

so its still not clear cut whether i can smoke in my own vechile when im not working. Think ill have a word with my LO, suprisingly they are quite good to deal with(at times)
