Not sure what to think of this - it wasn't the taxi driver's rubbish, but it's a bit odd that he would go along with this. But, of course, you would have to know the precise circumstances. But no detail at all really, except that he was the driver and the passengers dumped some rubbish in the street
Taxi driver caught on camera taking Norwich woman to fly-tiphttps://www.edp24.co.uk/news/26639226.t ... n-fly-tip/A taxi driver has been fined £300 after CCTV cameras captured him driving a woman to a city street to fly tip.

The woman, who is from Norwich, had hired him to take her to Bowers Avenue, where she and another man unloaded rubbish onto the street.
She is due to appear before Norwich Magistrates' Court.
The case will be the third recent fly-tipping prosecution linked to CCTV evidence, following a crackdown on environmental offences in the city.
In the previous two cases, offenders were ordered to pay a combined £2,550, helping push the total amount raised through fly-tipping fines and penalties this year beyond £4,500.
Councillor Toby Bolton said a dedicated enforcement team introduced this year had led to a significant rise in action against offenders.
He said: “Norwich City Council takes fly-tipping seriously, and has recently introduced a dedicated enforcement team. This has resulted in a 200pc increase in fixed penalty notices being issued to offenders so far this year.
“We are actively reviewing CCTV locations and seeking to add additional locations to deter fly-tipping at local hotspots, alongside the rollout of clearer signage and further educational activities.
“If residents witness fly-tipping I actively encourage them to report it with all details to the council. Fly-tipping is a crime, and we will enforce against it.”
The authority said it is continuing to review CCTV coverage, improve signage and expand education campaigns as part of efforts to combat fly-tipping across Norwich.
