I could do with some help.
I need to provide my solicitor with information about going rates for remote aerial sites. I am currently in dispute with the agents for my old site about what is the 'going rate'.
They are quoting huge increases in market rates and I am trying to build a case which shows that whilst mobile phone companies are prepared to pay higher prices, PMR rates are static.
Long shot, but if I can quote a list of prices paid then I might improve my case.
They want to back date my rental to 2004 at £2,750+ per aerial per year.
