when you get a £5 round the corner special and they say "would you mind taking my pal to X????" and the fare then ends up £15
and they keep saying sorry for putting you out and give you a nice tip for your trouble now that just gets me mad :shock: :shock: :shock:

maybe so, but better to get a no fare than to get kicked outta the office for leaving a regular customer stranded or getting done for touting.

Customers who look out of their window see you there and then phone up to cancel :x

Customers wjo when you get them to their address give you what xyz taxis apparently charge them not whats on the meter :-({|=

Police officers that ignore private cars on the taxi rank :x

still going very well, not a single problem for over 18 months now. went to dartford and maidstone in kent a couple of times last week and was getting 55mpg out of it, and i wer'nt hanging about either.

i know what you mean, driving through dartford was like being in a different country. at least where i had to go had a security guard for the car park.
