A guy down here had his rear passenger door window kicked out, went to court to claim the £250 replacement costs, was awarded £150 at £5 a fortnight.

TBH, if it inconveinences the [edited by admin] for a while or maybe stops him getting a job/promotion etc, i'll wait a year for my money if i get it at all.

You see it all the time on weekend nights, someone lashes out as you drive past or throws their chips at you because you wont stop to pick them up.
Most of the time i'm to busy to stop and argue, i just laugh it off. But when it's goin to cost me hard earned cash i see red. (and he saw stars)
