Yes, but the info isn't/can't be as accurate.

Basically the licensing system is taking a punt that the driver isn't Atilla the Rapist. And from time to time some poor soul loses that bet. :sad:


At a meeting today with my LO, She told me that they now require a good conduct certificate from the embassy of the applicant's original country. Strangely, since this came into force recently, some PH drivers applying for badge renewal have decided "not to bother" renewing their badges. Cannot imagine why? :roll: :roll: eusasmiles.zip

That's the easy part.

What does your LO do when the applicant is from a country with no rule of law, thus no records of any sort that an embassy can forward?

Especailly if the applicant is a refugee from that state i.e. Sudan, Zimbabwe and Burma. :?
