Got a fixed penalty ticket for public urination Will it show up on an advanced disclosure?

I think it will, in the same way a caution would.

But none of us are perfect.

They will bring it up at any council meeting where the police object to your licence - so be prepared :-|

It will go something like this. Bart is not a fit and proper person to drive a taxi because he pis*ed in the street. You will then be expected to get down on your hands and knees and kiss as*, the council will then make a magnanimous gesture and let you keep your licence.

You in-turn will be grateful in the knowledge that such a scum sucking individual as yourself is allowed to drive a taxi

Bet you can't wait

Its a fixed penalty ticket, trust me its not entered onto the PNC, its recorded onto 'crimint' a local Met based system. The ticket will also be filed on division.
It will NOT have any effect on your fitness to be licensed.
The CRB do not have access to internal force systems.

If however you were driving your Taxi and the PCO received a complaint, then they might take some action, though I doubt it would be anything more than a telling of.

Oh, now it's flashing not just a taxi driver caught short. I wonder if the officers of the law  would have booked a member of the public.

Up here a teacher got off with attacking a taxi driver even though it was caught on video.

Makes you wonder about the outcome had it been the other way round?

My bet is he would have probably lost his licence at least for a couple of months.
The council would have jumped all over him and his rights 'not a fit and proper person' perhaps.
