A JUDGE almost called a taxi for a convicted sex attacker after prison bosses failed to bring him to court for the second time in less than three weeks.
Judge Simon Wilkinson blasted top brass at HMP Pentonville for "Olympian incompetence" after they failed to produce Vaclovas Faizovas from Fields Park Crescent, Chadwell Heath.
On November 24 the judge was enraged when they first failed to produce Faizovas for sentence at Snaresbrook Crown Court - because jail staff thought he was out on bail.
But the Lithuanian, 49, has been in prison since October 20, when he was convicted of sexual assaulting a young woman in revenge for an argument with her brother-in-law.
