The right to vote was a long and hard road, I have the right to vote and I also have the right not to vote, I simply will not vote for the best of a bad bunch,

There is not a decent politician in office that actually cares about the views of the population. Once in office they are virtually untouchable, and dont they know it. I have xxx amount of time left in my life span, and I am certainly not going to waste any of it going to any ballot box and taking part in any farcical notion that I am going to make a difference.

Many people are acting in a similar way, that is why they introduced the postal vote, because voting numbers were dropping drastically. I am not sure of the actual percentage vote, but I believe once it drops below a given number the political scene is thrown into chaos. If that ever happens then they would most certainly have to review as to why there was so much apathy - and then take notice.

As ever I will do my best "NO VOTE"

Listen John amd MrT my main fear is that there are people STUPID enough to vote in the Tory Vermin, dark blue version.I have continously expressed my contempt for this Blairite shower, but i believe theres change in the air the party is ready to return to its pre WELSH windbag KINNOCKIO roots and i dont mean that other skunk James Callaghan morelike Aneurian Bevan.

With the boundary changes and the unpopularity of the Labour Party (presumably because they're [edited by admin] and they know they are), it is extremely likely the 'Tory Vermin' (as you put it) will be running the country after the next election.

Your continual calls for taxi drivers to support the politicians could well result in them effectively supporting the wrong team, invariably politicians have memories like elephants, indeed some are very probably related to our big eared, trunk bearing friends in the animal kingdom.

You should remember the pre kinnock days, Whilst he did have ginger hair and scared many children, he did take the first steps towards making the Labour Party electable, by effectively getting rid of the left wing lunatics.

As for Bevan, if it wasnt for the USA propping the UK up after the second world war, he would have been seen as the bloke who made us bankrupt.

Terry I do not know what you are on about re - rememberance day and I betray no one.

You have to move on in life, and I do not see a two party political system being the solution to the working man's idea of democracy. The scenario that is played out over the decades is like a game of ping pong, the voters who are suckered into voting just bounce back and fore.

Ohh dear labour is not working - so I will vote conservative at the next election and vice versa on the one after.

Ohhhh very clever "not"

A straight forward vote with the larger number winning the day should be the case, (that gives every party a chance).

You have a situation at the moment whereby certain geographical bounderies are being moved and your beloved labour party could lose 18 seats, and just by doing that it alters the balance within parliament. Now tbh that is fine by me, but being the fair man that I am, I would say that is not right.

The situation is like the football fan who moans about the price they pay at premiership matches, but they keep on paying them - and they will keep on charging them! now if everyone stayed away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is the same with the voting, and if that was done then our fallen heroes would have the true democracy that they fought and died for, not the shambolic excuse for democracy that we now have and that you are part of. It is not MrT or myself who are betraying those people. take a good look at yourself.

P.S Harping on about the Welsh all the time does you no favours, all I can say is that they have obviously seen through you and wind and bluster is just not their scene. One other thing, many of my country men vote for labour because their grandfather or father did, and I then say to them what has labour ever done for the valleys, after a much puzzled look Ummmm you got a point there !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Decisions can be made by those who do not turn up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You're definitely been brainwashed, who I choose to vote for or not vote for is my choice, it is my right, the right to be free, the right of choice is what many people have died for. plant pot!
