The rear sliding window catches are easy to break if their not opened properly, both of the clips need to be pulled together (like a butterfly wing) to open the window, if some d*** head forcibly tries to pull just one side it results in a bent pin. To fix this is easy, carefully remove the trim above and below the the clips, push the pin out (depending on how bent the pin is a bit of force might be neccessary) being carefull not to lose the small spring inside in the process, streighten the pin on a flat surface with a hammer and put everything back together. A supply of spare pins from the dealer is handy.
