hi

We've just had a remote telephonist set up but all of a sudden the sound coming thru the fone has deterioted and has started to sound very robotic, does any one else use remote telephonists and if so have they encountered a similar problem and how can this be rectified?

many thanks
super fly

We've got Linksys boxes set-up at both ends and also a sip phone at the remote end.

If the calls are routed thru our PBX via the linksys voip boxes thats when the problems occurs even if we receive an incoming call via the sip extension but when we make an outgoing call thru the sip fone it sounds perfectly normal.

Im told its the bandwith but if thats was the case with not enough bandwith then im sure it would sound the same when using the sip phone to make an outgoing call?
