lol I don't think I even have the email address it was sent to.

i'll let you into a little secret though, seeing as your a reasonable guy. You recall my reference to kelly I'm not sure if it was on here or on your place?

Anyway I sold the idea that my nick kelly was a reference to Kelly from the Wirral. lol Nothing could be further from the truth but it just shows how some people will believe anything. The nick Kelly is a throwback to one of my fav songs. lol

I aint gonna tell you who sang it because its pretty obvious but it was fun to see certain people chasing their tails.

Regards

JD

Yes I remember it now, once I had ascertained that you were actually JD everything became clear, I did think you must have used that name for a reason and due to the many refrences to that name on this site, I thought that must have been something to do with it, otherwise I have no clue who was chasing their tale and why?

lol I do, captain cab for one. But some people are easy to bait especially those who think they know it all. Anyway Del shannon sang Kelly and thats a little bit before your time.

I was going to say on fastblacks that there are 4 appeals being heard at the court of session tomorrow and one is certain to succeeed. That is vince Boylen, you can take that as a given. The other three I would just like to say that they have all had the opportunity to get their act together. I won the sheriff court appeal for them but in all intents and purposes they are grown men and there has to come a time when you have to put your hand in your pocket and take hold of your own destiny. These three applicants failed to do that instead they want success on the cheap but we all know that success is not that easily reconciled. If they fail tomorrow then it will be their own fault for not going into court fully prepared.

However if the Lords read my submission from the sheriffs court, then they should win.

Thats what i was going to say on fastblacks.

regards

JD

lol whats that for Solace?

Most momentus day tomorrow lol, We shall see vince Boylen get an Edinburgh plate. However I'm not so sure about the others? But at least I did my part and in that respect I feel vindicated no matter which way the verdict goes?

Its been a long hard struggle and these guys have had to fight against the purse strings of one of the richest councils in the United Kingdom. If these guys do win which they have more than a 50 - 50 chance of doing so then I shall feel pretty good lol.

I can just see the headlines in Taxi Talk magazine, Manchester solicitor defeats QC from behind a computer.

lol

regards

JD
