Tom, we have not seen it working, I have asked my boss to find out who's useing it but compucab won't tell us who's useing it. I get the feeling we are going to be the guinea pigs.
The whole thing is a complete nightmare, I am not looking foward to it one bit.
How can my boss buy a system that he has not even seen working?.
The whole thing is a farce!!!.
But, he does not control, so he does'nt care.

Just goes to show, any twit can run a taxi business.

Who would buy a system they haven't seen operate or talked to other users?

It is not like you are buying bog rolls for the loo is it?

Let me guess, smooth salesman and it was cheap!

Hi radioman.
We are using marandy at the moment but my boss has had a row with marandy so we are changing.
I wanted to go for datamaster, it's ideal for us, but the boss knows best! :?

I have had the system for 3 years. It was installed over 2 days, we ran it in tandam with our old system (just in case) on Friday night that week, on Saturday we went live and have not lost a single night since. There have been adjustments upgrades etc over that time new features enhancement etc all have worked from the get go. They test everything before and talk you through changes until you are happy. Even after 3 years I still sit back after a busy Sat. night and feel impressed. It's the BEST on the market by far. I looked at many other system before I went with Cordic's the clincher for me was that the company was technology driven not sales driver. A salesman will tell you whatever you want to hear and more, the Technical people at Cordic looked at my operation and then demonstrated what they could do to fit my needs, no promises or yes thats do-able outlines, artist impressions, computer simulations, software in progress. Their system works brilliantly. I have no computer training or qualification (or any links with Cordic apart from being a satisfied customer) but I found the system easy to use, I train new drivers to a working level in less that 1 hour, new telephone ops. in 15 mins. You can go with Cordic with absolute confidence in the product and the back-up.
