Whats Swahili about that.

Perhaps the council would need to describe JD as a anonymous troublemaker who should not be trusted, within a meeting to show the reputation this man is attaining through his damaging interferances.

Oh, it is my opinion that JD's mission did influence the council to review their policy, and I believe that the TOA's application was made, and considered as a result.
