I believe Sussex was actually trying to ask why there was no response to what looks like a legal way for PH's to pick up off the street?

I'm also surprised becuase I think it is patently obvious that as per usual those outside of TDO don't have a clue as to the ramifications this will have on the Taxi trade.

I suppose the question is can the current motley crew of National Taxi representatives stop the legislation? Or for that matter do they even wan't to?
