There must already be some kind of scheme in place GBC, because I've seen loads of black people driving cabs, but I've never seen one on a moped. I'm glad they're becoming cab drivers, help keep us all in work, but they should be treated equally,they're every bit as intelligent as us, despite what some people think.

No, because they don't qualify for a free Knowledge of London?

GBC, I am Like you i dont like the idea either, it would be like the guy next door dipping his bread in your gravy.
What i can see happening is, if you say whats true about them been given a moped and all the kit is, they will hopefully make it disappear, and most probably them along with it.

Theres never been a bar to anyone doing the Knowledge. Theres thousands of female and ethnic minority drivers out there driving London cabs, because they've got off their arses and done the bleeder (to borrow Nigel Hawthornes line)

Their graft will be undermined by these new (perceived) favored ones.

A little birdy tells me so far only about 160 people have taken up this 'new cheap Knowledge', and the majority of them have been from the Minicab industry.

its not a question of whether they can afford it .ken wants more ethnics and thats it, hes a dictator who supports anything to geta vote i.e ira ,plo,anc you name he will say i support your cause !!!but vote me in im king ken from old london town ...well a message for you ken dictators always fall :D
