Mr GBC,
What a surprise  you attack a person who cannot reply [-( .

For the record Mr Flanagan is t the Branch Secretary of the London GMB PDB, he is also the National Organiser of the GMB PDB.

You can though. :?

McKenzie can as well.

So tell us all MrBB, as a member of the GMB, and follower / puppet of Flanagan, what do you think?

Perhaps, by your silence you also condone and support the murder of UK troops? Is this what your members money pays for each month?

The stage is all your's.

Mr GBC,

I can tell you that I presonally do not condone the murder of any living being on this planet. All life is precious.

I can also tell you that there are no puppets in the GMB PDB, just individuals who want to help drivers in our trade organise themselves, so they can improve their working conditions. The GMB PDB empower drivers, they do not control them.

I can also tell you that I am not the person to discuss the political situation that took place in Ireland, I am not educated enough on the issue.

What I can also tell you is the fact that Mr Flanagan does not hide his identity, he advertises his phone number and is quite able and willing to debate his opinions with you or anyone else who so wishes.

Regards
BB

He does'nt hide anyone's identity, whether they give him permisson to do so or otherwise.

I would'nt have thought you were the type of chap to celebrate Murder Mr BB, in fact from what I hear from a couple of guys I know from the Brighton taxi trade, your quite a good egg, and genuine with it.

That makes it even more difficult to understand why you, and others in say . . the Northern regions continue to allow the current incumbant cretin to give your organisation such a bad name, with his diabolical outbursts, and duff victory claims.

At what stage does democracy become a farce?

Hugs.

I'm aware of that, but you have to take into consideration the likelihood of the person listening to any form of reason. Thats where I feel it would be a lost cause.

People who I know personally from the provincial taxi trade / London Minicab trade have tried and ended up listening to more hatred and bile.

Sometimes there’s just no point, but your members have a say though, and it’s that deafening silence (bar a few) that really speaks volumes, and really worries me about their integrity and views on the UK.

I'll save myself the cost of a call.

[quote="brightonbreezy"]Well he has managed to organise a meeting next week with the Transport Minister, he has managed to organise a meeting in the House of Commons to launch the GMB PDB saftey campaign.

All of the foregoing posts just illustrate what I originally meant in my post.

Why do you spend your time slagging off people who do not dance to your tune rather than concentrating on the important issues such as driver safety?

There are far more important issues than the personal views of one union official.

I personally find Cabmans signature to be vile and racist but I do not waste my time ranting on about it.

I put my energies into helping my fellow cabbies of both persuasions here in Crawley and more widely.

I look forward to the FACTS emerging about the case that is the real subject of this thread.

Fraternally
Allo Allo

Non of this is any secret I shared a platform with Mitchell McLoughlin Sinn Feinn president and have written all of this many times. You dont like it i dont give a flying f--k!

This sort of thing would not inspire me to join the GMBPDB. I, and I suspect most other taxi /PH drivers, would not wish to be associated with such extreme views.

This just damages any credibility his organisation may have.
If Mr Flanagan is serious about helping the trade, he should keep such views to himself. They have nothing to do with the taxi trade.

We should hear more news tomorrow.

If we can, again, get back to the subject matter, it looks like there may have well been many many more victims.

I see the media are still insisting on calling this guy a cab driver.

Oh dear, touched a nerve , did I?

I'm Scottish btw, but I've lived in England for nearly 30 years. I support both England and Scotland, with the latter taking precedence in any head to head contest of course.
Of course I'm proud to be both British and Scottish but I feel no need to comment on the colour of my skin or whether I might be part of a criminal organisation such as the Mafia.
Nor do I consider that my background is so important that I use it as my Signature on this forum.
