If you ever need to refuse a passenger, make sure you have a good reasonable cause. TDO readers and subscribers know the score. Don't get caught out like this guy.

Fine for cabbie

A TAXI driver has been fined for refusing to drive a passenger without reasonable excuse.


Ahmed Hussain Khalif, 53, of Islamic Court, Butetown, Cardiff, was fined pounds 75 after he admitted the offence at Cardiff Magistrates' Court.
