In a small article in Private Hire and Courier, they say that someone has just published research saying that 59% of businesses in the transport sector think managers are not very good at communicating with their staff.
The worst of all the sectors questioned !!!!!

I wonder how many of us are really surprised to hear that? :? :? :? :?
