Thing is, generally, we all agree on the main issues relating to the trade i.e. driver and vehicle safety and trade viability.
The only thing the trade is bitterly split on, or maybe was 5-15 years ago, is restricting taxi numbers and that debate is never a reasoned debate. Thankfully people realise, to a degree, that folks views on this rarely change so it's a tad pointless using our energies over something that will get us nowhere.
It's taken about 17 years to get to 400,000, love to get it to a million in my lifetime.
It's also worth noting that the site gets several million hits every month, some by bots but plenty by real people, so even if folks don't post many still get something out of TDO.
