there is a girl lives locally ( I've known her 30 years) she tends to be always a bit short although she always pays her fare.

One of the other local companies offered her some cash in hand delivering cards around a local village she was dropped off then picked up later. On the journey back the driver ( a partner in the firm) asked her if she would go around pubs chatting landlords up to get them to put card holders on the bar. He then turned around to her and said "do you do massage for £30" . She turned around and said she wasn't qualified !

She said it was the most uncomfortable journey she has ever had !

I suggested she report him for that although I don't think she will but should he have to explain himself to the council or am I reading too much into it ?

She should report him, and you are not reading too much into it.

The perv driver is trying to take advantage of the girl who is living on the bread line.

Shameful behaviour that needs to be addressed.

Was talking to a lady of the night many many moons ago and she said the going rate was £48 at that time, of which she got £24.

Nice girl, horrible trade.
